If a borrower’s repayment is dishonoured, a $15 fee will be charged to their account to cover the administration required to re-process the payment. 

The fee will be due as part the borrower's next payment and the borrower will need to make the necessary adjustment to their direct debit. 

Please note that regardless of a customer’s payment schedule or number of dishonoured payments, Harmoney will only charge a dishonour fee if your first and second scheduled repayments dishonour within one calendar month.
