All you need to do is the following:
Hop on to your Harmoney dashboard.
Click on the 3 lines showing in the top right corner of your dashboard.
Select "My Loans".
Select the loan that you want statements for.
Scroll down to the "Transactions" section and click on the "Get your statement of account" button.
You will be able to see the "Download" button on the pop-up. If your loan number starts with LAI, your past statements can be emailed to you. Simply click on the "Send to Email" button on the pop-up.
If you've clicked on download and it still doesn't show anywhere on your device, check your download folder, or let us know and we can look into that for you.
