As a responsible lender, we look for debts in your “credit record”. Your credit record is a summary of your credit, debt, and repayment history provided by credit reporting agencies. Sourcing this information for a quote, does not affect your credit score.

Sometimes, old debts show up here. That’s why we ask you to verify your debts.

You should be aware that you have a legal right to ask the credit reporting agencies to see your credit report, and ask for your information to be updated if it’s incorrect.
