In New Zealand, Harmoney is also a member of an external, independent dispute resolution scheme operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) and approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. If we cannot agree on how to resolve your issue, you can refer the matter to FSCL by emailing info@fscl.org.nz, calling FSCL on 0800 34 72 57, by contacting the Complaint Investigation Officer, Financial Services Complaints Limited, Level 4, 101 Lambton Quay, Wellington 6145 or by post at PO Box 5967, Wellington 6145. In Australia, Harmoney is a member of an independent external, dispute resolution scheme, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). If you are not happy with our proposed resolution, or it takes longer than the maximum time frames (21 calendar days if your matter relates to hardship, a default notice or collections enforcement, or otherwise 30 calendar days) you can lodge a complaint with AFCA. you can refer the matter to AFCA by emailing info@afca.org.au, calling AFCA on 1800 931 678, or by post at Australian Financial Complaints Authority, GPO Box 3, Melbourne, VIC 3001, Australia.
