Whether it's making a manual payment or simply corresponding with the team at Harmoney, having your LAI number or your loan contract number handy makes it easier to identify you and your loan.

You will only ever have one active LAI number and this can be found by logging into your Dashboard and heading to the 'My Loan' page.

You can find your LAI number above the loan details on the 'My Loan' page. It will usually look like the following ID: LAI 00000000.
