Yes you can. You will need to send us a screenshot or PDF that clearly displays the bank logo, your name, and the account number so we can verify that the new account belongs to you. 

We accept PDFs or screenshots of:

  1. a recent bank statement, or

  2. a bank deposit slip, or

  3. a mini-statement, or

  4. of your internet banking page

Once we’ve received this, we will update our records and email you to confirm.
